“Kylie Dailey’s songs make space to take a deep breath. Her citrus-tinged melodies are an invitation to lightness, channeling some of the best human feelings: hair blown by ocean wind, passing the guitar with your best friends, sharing that hard thing with someone you love. Paired with arrangements by partner Kevin Dailey (Garden Friend), Kylie Dailey’s songs glow with personal experience filtered through her musical influences ranging from American folk music to African folk melodies. ” - Kylie Dailey

“Daniel Nelson hails from the Cumberland Plateau where he and his family built a house with a recording studio attached where he produces music for himself and others.

Most of Daniel’s songs, or so he claims, are not really thought out. It starts on guitar and then something bothering him from the subconscious comes out, and his words, “then it’s really fun.” Once the song is written I get to add all the other instruments I hear in my head and hope that they have one foot in reality. If not then I do silly things like record bass 3 or 5 times.” He enjoys the production process as much as performing, but feels a specific pull to play the songs for others, hence, the release of Grace and Peace, one of his earliest songs written (or plagiarized from the Bible) inspired by his faith.

More soon.” - Daniel Nelson

These shows are unique in that we bring in a food truck and the artists and guests all eat together (bring some money for dinner), then the openers play for around 25 mins, and the main act gets a full 1.5 hours to play through a substantial portion of their catalog. Then everyone gets to hang out over dessert, coffee, and tea after the show!

We want the artists to be exceptionally blessed financially in return for the massive amount of time, effort, and money it takes to make music and play shows. Streaming music is great in that it allows us to hear from a wide variety of artists, but it pays very little to all but the top artists in the world. Because we want artists to make plenty to devote themselves fully to their craft and be able to support families if they wish, we need to make a focused effort to give back to artists as much as possible. Part of this happens via the minimum that we pay each artist in advance, but we also encourage you to purchase the artist’s merch, and even to give to them directly through cash, Venmo, etc.
